Katy Perry decided to let it all hang out in a completely sheer floral frock worn over old-school granny panties and a matching bra. A leather jacket and decidedly unsexy motorcycle boots failed to make this look any more modest.

Paris Hilton was not interested in flying under the radar, as evidenced by her neon coral minidress and matching hair extensions. Hilton kept safe from the sun under a floppy black hat and cheesy white sunglasses.
Lauren Conrad pulled a pair of Hunter rain boots on over her floral print jeans to avoid any rain-related wardrobe incidents. The former reality star was considerably more put-together than most of her fellow celebs in a filmy white blouse and a luxe knit sweater.
